Strawberry Coconut and Almonds

I am telling you, I have a problem! I am obsessed with my Vitamix!!!!!!

Hubby came up with this creation! 

4 whole strawberries, stems and all
1 banana
3 couple dates
2 TBSP walnuts
2 TBSP almonds
1 can coconut milk
ice

Add everything in the Vitamix and blend!

ENJOY!!!!

Saturday - I FINALLY got a Vitamix! Oh I am so excited. 

 I have mentioned Vitamix several times in this blog. I have used a friends and fell in love! ha!
