National Chocolate Day Just when you thought you had heard about all the lesser-known holidays, someone invents another one. Although it is unlikely that there will be no local Hallmark cards, there are few people who were there to celebrate National Cookie Day. This obscure holiday cookie takes place every year on 4 December.
